Payroll Officer / Assistant - PT Contract

Great opportunity to join a prestigious global employer to work in their CBD office as a crucial part of their HR team.

The role will be partly responsible for the fortnightly payroll transaction across ANZ and includes the following duties - 
  • Payroll data entry for Australia & New Zealand payroll (new hires, terminations etc)
  • Processing and running of fortnightly payroll function for Australia & New Zealand
  • Processing of terminations and manual payments
  • Balancing and reconciliation of payroll deductions
  • Superannuation contribution/Tax payment with remittance to Fund administrator and reconciliation
  • Answering payroll queries efficiently and promptly
  • Ad Hoc Projects
The role is full-time hours from Monday to Wednesday. 

Experience of working in payroll would be ideal especially with exposure to CHRIS21.  Alternatively you may be from an accounting background with Excel skills looking to make a change. This role could suit someone relatively early in their career with 1+ years experience (although more is fine).
