About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a People and Culture Business Partner to join our team onsite full time and based in Circular Quay, with travel between our office in Barangaroo and Balmain Shipyard. This role will be working closely to support the General Manager of People and Culture in delivering strategic objectives in development and implementation of the TDSF People Plan.
You will have a strong focus on People & Culture and demonstrated experience in enhancing P&C functions and processes to support the commercial outcomes for the business.
As the People and Culture Business Partner, you will provide guidance and advice to line management, relating to EBA interpretation and application, leading disciplinary actions, applying relevant legislations, regulations and policies and procedures and lead our People and Culture initiatives in the delivery of P&C processes and Calander Events.
About you
This role will suit a forward-thinking leader with demonstrated extensive experience working within a highly unionised and blue-collar workforce to deliver commercial outcomes. You will be a confident negotiator and communicator, have demonstrated experience in dealing with industrial instrument, blue/white collar workforce and hands-on person. More importantly we are looking for someone who pride themselves in being experienced in leading and managing complex P&C issues, projects and change initiatives for the organisation. Someone who can build strong partnership with key stakeholders to promote positive changes in our business.
