Excellent opportunity for a newly created role in the Brisbane CBD for a People & Culture Advisor.

Your new company
Hays Human Resources has partnered with a national organisation located in the Brisbane CBD who lead the way in driving and supporting their people. With a passion for innovation and process improvement, this organisation is seeking the talents of a People & Culture Advisor to enhance their employee experience. Location centrally in the Brisbane CBD with excellent office facilities, this role is where you will settle long-term.

Your new role
In your new role as the People & Culture Advisor, you will report directly into the People & Culture Manager of an organisation of 300+ people.

You will be required to apply your strong HR skill through such responsibilities as:

  • Coaching and advising senior management team on performance management, workforce planning, and additional people matters
  • Offering tailored solutions to HRIS changes and implementations
  • Preparation of reports and presentations on employee engagement results, as well as attendance
  • Support the training and development initiatives across the business
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment function

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate in this excellent HR Advisory role, you will be an experienced HR professional who thrives to continue your career in human resources. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications within HR or a relevant field. You will hold such personal attributes and skills as:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly personable with ease to build rapport at all levels of management within the organisation
  • Pride yourself on your corporate presentation
