The Opportunity

Key Deliverables
- Develop and implement workforce capability strategies.
- Coordinate HR services and provide expert advice on HR matters.
- Contribute to the development and achievement of the company business plan.
- Lead and manage projects that support business services and organisational outcomes.
- Manage a small team delivering business information and support services.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience leading teams and fostering collaboration.
- Strong strategic planning skills and ability to implement business initiatives involving change management.
- Expertise in aligning systems and processes to improve performance.
- Ability to provide informed advice to senior management and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating complex corporate projects to achieve objectives.
