About the role

As a Principal Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to lead challenging projects that tackle issues to drive positive impact within a supportive team-based environment. You will enjoy a leadership role and work closely and collaboratively with your Director, consulting staff and support team.

You will play to your strengths in undertaking program design, facilitation and project management on a range of strategy, leadership, team and organisational development projects.

About you
You are an organisational psychologist with relevant postgraduate qualifications and have a strong consulting background with extensive experience in program design, facilitation, and project management. You will draw upon your academic and career background to develop innovative and evidence-based strategies for clients within a broad range of industry sectors.
Highly passionate about the work you do, you’re a lifelong learner, and a true team player. As an experienced and highly credible People Leader, you will ensure your team continue to grow and develop.
You’ll be able to understand and apply new concepts quickly, be an innovative thinker, and possess strong interpersonal skills to enable strong relationship building and influence.

Key requirements:

  • Post graduate qualifications in organisational psychology
  • Experience in a professional consulting environment (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in facilitation with a strong and engaging presence
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • You have spark, drive and a desire to make a real difference
