This Australian mining business has projects across Australia and internationally, and offers a range of services from maintenance to production to the sector. They have a clear vision and strategy and are focused on growing their operations and being a leading company to work for.
Your new role
Working out of their Brisbane CBD office, you will source, attract and hire talent to enable the organisation's success. You will:
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand needs
- Developing sourcing campaigns
- Recruitment of predominantly blue collar roles across operators, excavators etc. for various mining projects
- Managing a high volume of vacancies at any time
- Advertising, screening and shortlisting
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced recruiter with previous experience in blue-collar or heavy industry. You will be a strong communicator, compliance driven and be able to confidently liaise and answer queries from candidates and hiring managers. This is a temp role initially with the view to going perm, and so you must have relevant Australian working rights. They utilise SuccessFactors, so experience with this system or other similar ATS systems would be highly valued.
