Our client is a nationally recognised organisation that specialises in the engineering sector. Due to ongoing growth, they require a Recruitment Coordinator on a 3-month contract role.


Your new role
This is a Recruitment Coordinator role which will include duties such as:

  • Provide administration and coordination support
  • Drafting and posting of job adverts
  • Conducting phone screenings
  • Reviewing of applications and resumes
  • Organising and holding interviews
  • Completing reference checks
  • Issuing employee contracts
  • Processing new starter information and updating the candidate database
  • Ad-hoc administration


What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • 1 - 2 years recruitment experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people skills
