Your new company

Due to these growth plans and upcoming maternity leave in the team, a role has become available for an experienced recruiter to join the HR Services team on a fixed term basis for 9 months.

Your new role

You will be a trusted partner and a go to for the organisation on all things recruitment and on-boarding.

Day to day duties may involve, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate all recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes for all locations
  • Work with leaders across the organisation to identify future recruitment needs
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and procedures
  • Support Training and Development functions for existing employees
  • Maintain HR records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Support day to day administration functions of the HR department


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven work experience in recruitment, managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Familiarity with database management , high computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Experience with a range of sourcing techniques
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • High level communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and work towards continues improvement
