This global group based in North Sydney is a leader in its field. An opportunity exists to assist the busy remuneration team with the remuneration review and other reporting activities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Remuneration & Benefits Manager, you will provide information, support and advice to the business within legislative, regulatory and policy guidelines.  Your key responsibilities will include:
  • assisting with the delivering of the company’s annual performance, bonus and salary review;
  • providing timely and accurate remuneration information and reporting for market benchmarking, financial accruals and payments within corporate governance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be highly numerate and analytical with advanced level skills in data analytics and modelling using Excel.

This is a fast-paced, large business and your ability to work with pace and scale is important. 

You will be experienced in the Pivot remuneration system from annual reviews.
