About the role

This role will see you working with our business leaders to fulfill their resourcing needs.  With the support of a highly collaborative team you’ll be part of a fast paced and adaptable environment recruiting for a range of diverse Shared Services areas.

You will be responsible for the recruitment and resourcing of shared services roles within Australia and other regions from time to time, including Singapore. The role will focus on sourcing excellent candidates for our Shared Services teams by utilising a range of sourcing channels and methods to maximise the effectiveness of direct recruitment. The successful candidate will be expected to have knowledge of industry best practices and a motivation to move our resourcing approaches in more creative directions while still staying true to the KWM brand and our overarching strategic objectives.

The role sits within our Resourcing team, reporting to the Head of Resourcing and will work closely with the Head of People & Development- Shared Services & Support and the broader advisory and operations team within People & Development.

What experience are we looking for?

Essential

  • Resourcing Experience- in Shared Services recruitment ideally for professional services, gained within an in-house sourcing role or you may be transitioning to in-house from agency
  • Stakeholder management - Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Teamwork - must collaborate with and work flexibly within the Resourcing team and more broadly within the People & Development team.
  • Knowledge & curiosity- understanding of market and industry recruitment practices and developments and a desire to improve and implement new initiatives to improve processes for greater efficiency, impact and to improve the candidate experience.
  • Strong Influencing and negotiations skills
  • Well-developed time management and organisation skill, with ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written
  • High level expertise using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
  • Demonstrated ability in being a strong brand advocate

Desirable

  • Experience with Technology, Business Development and/or Finance recruitment
  • Prior experiences in Human Resources, preferably in business partner roles
  • Experience in or exposure to PageUp (or similar ATS)
