The HR manager that you report into? She will be flexible with you as long as you show that you're invested in what you work on. She is true leader and has a good depth of experience in the field of HR. Your fellow business partner? She really enjoys working there. They are both dynamos and want another dynamo, like you, to join their team. You'll work alongside a broader HR team who share the same values.

Your new job

This is a true generalist role, if you weren't a true generalist before you started, you certainly will be when you finish. You'll tackle everything from leadership development and best practice work culture, creating and environment that support employee empowerment.

You'll be a key stakeholder in an exciting culture shift, leading projects rolling out a new a HRIS, employee relations, performance review, learning platform and development program, organisational value implementation. Your new job will give you and your HR career so much exposure over so many exciting areas.

Confidently attack employee relations issues; we're talking about legislative framework, disciplinary hearings, the works for your very own client group of 150 staff members. Do note: They'll be relying on you here. But you will always have your superstar HR manager and dynamo fellow business partner to support you.

You know your Employee Relations and you're ready to grow, both professionally and personally, in our organisation that you will personally shape during this exciting time of change. You have experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advsior. You want to work alongside a team of high achievers and 1,000 employee strong company making a difference.
