A Senior HR Advisor role in Sydney, paying up to $90k base + super + bonus, for a cruise line.
Your new company
You will be joining a cruise line that is fun and dynamic. Your new offices will be in Sydney CBD.
Your new role
As a Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing effective advice around HR matters to staff and Managers, as well as:
- Supporting managers in retention strategies
- Managing employee relation issues, including poor performance
- Applying sound understanding of legal and compliance strategies, processes and systems
- Managing return to work plans
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Knowledge of current HR Legislation and best practices
- The capacity to be resilient and to work collaborative with the Team
- Awesome sense of humour is a big plus!
