Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency is seeking a Senior P&C Business Partner to provide temporary relief across a variety of generalist HR activities, including employee and industrial relations, supporting people leaders through change, providing timely HR advice, organisational development and other people related priorities until 30th of June 2025
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Demonstrated generalist HR Business Partner experience, leading end-to-end employee lifecycle priorities, including employee and industrial relations, supporting people leaders through change, providing HR advice and organisational development
- Proven track-record within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded and is preferred, however not essential
