Our client, a renowned and successful professional services firm, is looking for a self-motivated talent acquisition professional to join their HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR and working within a small and collaborative team, you will be responsible for partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to support with recruitment of corporate roles.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing key relationships with senior stakeholders and partners across the firm
  • Taking detailed job briefs, preparing advertisements and screening candidates
  • Short-listing and interviewing
  • Managing all third party supplier relationships.
  • Review and update of current recruitment processes and policies where appropriate
  • Working on National projects as needed

 

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3-5 years in professional services recruitment (both agency and internal recruiters will be considered). You will demonstrate a real passion for recruitment and thrive in a busy, professional and collaborative team environment. Your relationship building and communication skills will be second to none.
