My client is a leading Financial Services Organisation with a strong reputation for the quality advice and products .  The business is growing and the Recruitment a broader HR Function is evolving to support the future organisation.

Embedded in and working with a collaborative group of HR Generalists and other HR Specialists, the Recruitment Team is supporting the business through a period of change.  The role is delivery focused, handling multiple vacancies which will be filled through a combination of direct hires and agency candidates.  

The role will in particular handle its own portfolio which includes senior vacancies and contact with very senior hiring managers.   This will require confidence and gravitas to build rapport and a sharp mind to understand the brief quickly.  Relationship management is the absolute key with both candidates and internal clients, keeping all parties constantly updated and engaged.  

As well as the BAU responsibilities described above the role will have a project element too.   Proactive measures may include hiring manager training, promoting more of a self service approach and also initiatives around future strategic sourcing.

The role is well suited to an experienced corporate recruiter, ideally already established in house but agency can be considered.  Exposure to Financial or Professional Services sectors will be highly regarded but other sectors can be considered.  This role will be offered as an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
