Talent Acquisition and HR Projects - unique role working for global brand in Sydney. Fixed Term Contract.

Your new company
Global technology corporate with offices across APAC, US and EMEA are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and HR professional to join a busy and close knit HR team in a head office environment in Sydney's North Ryde area.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a nine months contract role, and you will be responsible for a mix of duties covering all areas of talent acquisition as well as HR project work. This is a unique and hybrid position covering end to end recruitment for corporate positions, and taking on ad-hoc HR projects ranging from HR policy development through to process improvement and HR system consolidation. You will work closely with the wider HR team, HR business partners as well as the CEO, CFO and other heads of departments to advise and support them in finding the best talent.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Talent Acquisition and HR Advisor who enjoys internal recruitment as well as HR work. You must be immediately available or have a short notice period and be able to commit to the nine month contract. You will have experience of managing a full portfolio of vacancies as well as running HR projects. You will ideally have at least 5 years experience working in HR and a track record of dealing with tough stakeholders. You must be professional, diligent, hard working and enjoy variety and be flexible.
