The Opportunity

This is a newly created opportunity within the business and so, it requires someone with a commercial attitude who can influence and partner with key senior stakeholders across the organisation to create the TA function and ensure the business has an appropriate and efficient talent process.

  • End to end recruitment across Australia including direct sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Create and maintain a talent pool of both internal and external candidates
  • Provide coaching and assistance to hiring managers across the business.
  • Manage the consistency of recruitment activities across the business through the creation and application of a standard recruitment process
  • Provide advice and tools to support the process with consistent application across the business
  • Manage service contracts with external vendors
  • Establish and maintain psychometric testing processes
  • Develop recruitment EVP for the business


  • 5 years' recruitment experience across both blue and white collar sectors
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner, guide and coach while maintaining the recruitment function
  • Commercially astute with the ability to build and identify any gaps in a recruitment process
  • Agile, flexible, resilient and excited by the opportunity to collaborate with the broader HR team on a daily basis
