An opportunity for a collaborative and engaging L&D Manager to implement strategies and uplift capability across the organisation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources, this role is key in;

  • Building and implementing training & development solutions, in line with the business strategy.
  • Managing the Training team to identify areas of learning needs within the organisation.
  • Developing and implementing training & development policies, practices and programs to meet organisational needs.
  • Managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions including; training needs analysis, training delivery, training vendor relationship management and course participation management.
  • Drive the development and use of the organisation's digital learning platforms ie; content development, delivery methods and LMS/TMS.
  • Designing and delivering a suite of adult learning training programs.


  • Tertiary qualifications in Training & Development or related equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing a team and designing and facilitating highly engaging adult learning programs and strategies
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • Pragmatic, resilient and engaging style with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • The ability to collaborate, influence and build strong relationships with Senior Leaders
  • Ability to measure and assess staff training needs and requirements and identify skill gaps
