About Them
Your new organisation, based on the edge of Sydney’s CBD is looking for a Workplace Health & Safety and Human Resources Coordinator for their head office to develop and deliver policies and strategies to drive staff engagement and workplace safety.
  
About the Role
Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, the successful WHS & HR Coordinator will partner with the business and senior stakeholders to development and implement new processes and procedures under the realm of HR & WHS.  Your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Return To Work (RTW) Coordination
  • Liaise with the wider business
  • Engage in any adhoc duties and projects for the Human Resources Team
  • Interpret Data and work with HRIS systems 
About You
To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate previous success working within the Human Resources and Workplace Health & Safety remit and a relevant qualification in Human Resources and/ or Safety.   The successful WHS/ HR Coordinator must be confident in challenging senior stakeholders and come across in a very personable manner when doing so. You will have an understanding of relevant legislation across HR & WHS and the ability to develop policies and make sense of HR & WHS metrics.
