Workplace Relations, Performance and Code job responsible for consultation around performance management

Your new company
This position is with a mid-sized Federal Government agency based in central Canberra.

Your new role
In your new role you will provide support and advice to managers on a range of complex people management issues, such as performance management, Code of Conduct and Bullying and Harassment. You will also be required to mediate discussions to reach amicable resolutions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will use your excellent stakeholder engagement skills to liaise with a range of employees across the department. You will have previously demonstrated the ability to tailor your advice to suit individual circumstances.

You will also have strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail. You must be able to demonstrate relevant experience in performance management, code of conduct investigation and case management.

Due to the nature of the role, Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
