Your new company
This agency is at the forefront of managing assets that are crucial to the preservation of Australian historical artefacts. The People & Culture team is critical to the transformation of the organisation and are responsible for parting with managers to achieve strategic goals and delivering all HR related matters.
Your new role
You will work in a small team collaboratively and support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes and provide client focused support and advice. Under broad directions, the role will be responsible for and delivering:

Recruitment delivery and guidance to managers through recruitment processes

Advise on a variety of HR systems and be an integral part of the implementation of a new e-talent system

Ability to understand and relay moderately complex information relating to HR policies, legislation, and procedures

Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders internally and externally

Performs other related duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a motivated, self-driven HR professional, with extensive experience in recruitment and delivering excellence within the APS. In addition to this, you will have great communication, strong organisational skills and sound understanding of legislation and regulations.
