Blue Collar Recruiter required for a start in the New Year
Our client is seeking the expertise of a blue-collar recruitment advisor to join their team to cover for an extended period of leave.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for your own portfolio of positions.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Advertising and sourcing
- Prescreening and shortlisting
- Interviewing
- Supporting required compliance and onboarding
This position will be supporting a maintenance portfolio with roles including HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Service Persons, LV Fitters, Tyre Fitters and Store Persons.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced blue collar recruiter who has prior knowledge of the mining, construction or heavy industrial sectors. You will be immediately available to commence in the New year and willing to commit to the full duration of the assignment. It is essential that you can manage the full end-to-end process and can work autonomously with minimal supervision. This position will be an office-based role in Perth's Eastern Suburbs.
