We are seeking an immediately available recruiter who thrives on delivering results consistently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for engaging with hiring managers to discuss requirements, conducting search and selection processes, shortlisting and presenting, and coordinating with the mobilisation team for onboarding and inductions.
This role requires that you have prior experience within the blue collar recruitment specialism, that you can demonstrate the ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and possess the ability to engage with applicants and hiring managers to enhance the internal and external branding of the recruitment function.
An immediate start will be required, and it is essential that you possess a car to access this site.
