A high-volume blue-collar recruitment advisor is required for a fast-paced mining organisation.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work within a small recruitment team responsible for:

• End-to-end recruitment, including proactive sourcing, prescreening, shortlisting and interviewing
• Management of the offer stage and onboarding compliance
• Supporting hiring managers with the recruitment process and management of expectations
• Ensuring that process is adhered to and the recruitment system is maintained
• Building and maintaining candidate pools

This position will commence immediately with the opportunity of longer-term permanence.

To be successful in your application, you will be an accomplished blue collar recruitment advisor with consolidated experience from within the mining sector. You will have previously managed the end-to-end recruitment process within a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess strong communication and collaboration to influence best results. It is essential that you be proactive in your approach and possess a passion for your specialism.
