Change and Improvement Coordinator (Six‑Month Temporary Contract)
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Change and Improvement Coordinator on a six‑month temporary contract to support the adoption of business and risk control changes and contribute to uplifting enterprise change and improvement capability.
This role plays a key part in embedding effective change management practices and supporting targeted improvement initiatives across the business. The Change and Improvement Coordinator will coordinate and deliver change management activities across the full change lifecycle-from change review and impact assessment through to implementation and post‑go‑live support.
You will work closely with leaders, project teams and subject-matter experts to coordinate improvement initiatives, develop communications and learning materials, facilitate workshops, and support the successful embedding of change into ongoing operations. You will also contribute to the maintenance and improvement of management systems, including Change Management and Safety Management, ensuring integration with enterprise risk and policy systems and alignment with regulatory and consultation requirements.
To be successful in your application, you will be degree qualified with experience working in change management and/or business improvement roles, or demonstrated experience delivering change and improvement activities in an operational environment. Ideally, you will possess a solid understanding of formal change management methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter, along with strong coordination, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you must be comfortable working across multiple initiatives, managing competing priorities and supporting change in a complex business context. Prior experience from within high risk industries would be preferred.
