An immediately available e-learning designer is required by a large mining organisation based NOR.

Our client is a highly successful mining organisation, and they are seeking an experienced e-Learning Designer to join their team based north of the river. This is a hands‑on role requiring an immediate start, supporting the design and development of high-quality digital learning solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, learner‑centred digital learning materials that support operational capability and compliance across the business. Working to tight deadlines, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate content into effective and visually compelling online learning experiences.

To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced instructional designer with a strong understanding of contemporary digital learning practices, adult learning principles and emerging learning technologies. You will possess proven experience in the design and development of e-learning modules, storyboards, video and animation, and assessments. You will possess advanced hands-on proficiency in Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Your skills and capabilities will translate into best practice instructional design through visually engaging content through the use of templates, style guides and AI-enabled tools to support efficiency and timelines.

You will be strongly encouraged to provide a portfolio or examples of your work (e.g. screenshots or video snippets) as part of your application.

If you are a creative, technically strong e-learning Developer ready to make an immediate impact within the mining sector, we would like to hear from you.
