An opportunity exists for an experienced Generalist HR Business Partner for 4:3 or 8:6 roster.
Roster: 4:3 or 8:6 | FIFO ex Perth
An opportunity exists for an experienced Generalist HR Business Partner to support a well-established gold mining operation in Western Australia. Working on site, you will partner closely with leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end generalist HR support to site leadership and employees
- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and industrial matters
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and organisational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, awards, and site agreements
- Contribute to site-based cultural, safety and engagement initiatives
You will possess proven experience as a site-based HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor from within the mining, resources or heavy industries sectors. You will possess a strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards and ideally possess prior site-based human resources experience. You will be a confident communicator and possess a pragmatic, practical, solutions-focused approach to human resources and enjoy working in an operational environment.
