Immediate start as a Senior HR Advisor for an 8:6 roster gold mining.
Senior HR Advisor | FIFO 8:6 | Immediate Start
An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a site-based team on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth. This is an initial three-month contract, providing senior HR support to site leaders and employees during a period of expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, conflict resolution, investigations and disciplinary processes
- Coach and advise managers and supervisors on practical people matters
- Provide generalist HR support across the employee life cycle
- Partner with site leadership to resolve workforce issues and apply HR policies consistently
- Support employee engagement, HR reporting and general site HR operations
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to P&C leadership where appropriate
To be successful in your application:
- Strong HR experience within a blue-collar, operational or industrial environment
- Previous FIFO/site-based experience preferred, although not essential
- Demonstrated capability managing complex employee relations and case management
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards (NES) is essential
- Confident working independently and partnering with operational leaders
- Must reside in Western Australia and be available for an immediate start
