Your new role As HR Administrator, you will provide essential support across a range of HR functions, ensuring smooth processes and excellent service delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience looking to transition into HR or recent HR graduates eager to grow their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with compliance requirements and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate onboarding processes and facilitate employee inductions
- Support recognition programs, including loyalty awards
- Perform data entry and maintain employee information in PayGlobal
- Provide general HR administrative support across the team
What you'll bring to the role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, professional "can-do" attitude and willingness to support others
- A passion for recognising and rewarding staff
- Experience in administration and a desire to transition into HR, or recent HR-related studies
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
