An HR Administrator with strong Success Factors is required for a short-term contract.

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator with strong SuccessFactors experience for a 4-5 week assignment supporting a busy HR team in the Perth CBD within the mining sector.

This role requires strong technical capability across SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update Employee Central data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage HR queries, troubleshoot system issues, monitor tickets, and resolve matters promptly
  • Support the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, changes, and offboarding
  • Navigate and interpret Australian industrial instruments, including Common Law Contracts and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements

You will be an experienced HR Administrator, and it is essential that you can navigate SuccessFactors Employee Central without training. A Monday start is preferred, and the assignment will be for a 4-5 week period which you must be able to see through to conclusion.
