Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
- Managing employee relations cases and providing sound recommendations
- Supporting performance management and workforce planning initiatives
- Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement activities
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
