Your New Role
As the HR Advisor, you will provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely, accurate HR advice to managers and staff
- Supporting employee relations matters and performance discussions
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
- Managing contracts, variations and HR documentation
- Assisting with policy updates, compliance requirements and process improvements
- Contributing to culture, wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Supporting reporting, data integrity and HRIS administration
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous HR generalist or advisory experience
- Strong understanding of Fair Work legislation, awards and compliance
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the NFP or community sector is advantageous but not essential
