Immediate requirement for a generalist HR Advisor within a project environment.
Our client is seeking a capable and confident HR Advisor to support the start‑up phase of a major project based in Perth's Eastern Suburbs. Working within a collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships, supporting leaders, and embedding a high‑performance culture from commencement.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end‑to‑end onboarding process.
- Provide generalist advice in a dynamic project environment.
- Lead workplace investigations and manage performance management, grievances and disciplinary activities.
- Interpret enterprise agreements, awards, contracts and legislation.
- Oversee redeployment of the workforce.
- Support change management, engagement and retention, and cultural initiatives.
- Create and design HR policies and processes.
- Coach and develop business leaders to build capability.
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor, preferably from within the construction or related sectors, and who has prior knowledge of working within a project-based environment. You will possess recent experience of conducting workplace investigations and managing complex cases, whilst providing proactive coaching and development to line management, influencing best practice and a high performance culture. This position is for a three-month temporary contract with a view to possible extension.
