You will join a large public sector organisation that supports the local community. The team is professional and values strong HR advice.
Your new role
You will provide generalist HR support across performance management, case management, job evaluation, position descriptions, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and project support. You will work with leaders and the HR Business Partnering team to manage employment matters with accuracy and fairness.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, systems and processes.
- Ability to interpret Awards, Agreements and policies.
- Experience in case management and performance matters.
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Gov or council experience desirable.
