Your new role
As HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives. You'll lead workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement strategies, while providing expert guidance on ER/IR matters and organisational development.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions
- Driving talent management and succession planning
- Leading change initiatives and organisational design
- Coaching managers on performance and capability
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and policies

You'll be an experienced HR professional with strong business acumen and a collaborative approach. Your ability to influence, challenge constructively, and deliver results will be key to your success.

To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in change management and organisational development
