As a People Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering expert coaching and strategic guidance on leadership, employee development, change, and performance. You'll work at the intersection of people strategy and business goals-translating insights into action and driving initiatives that enhance engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to navigate people challenges and deliver practical, strategic solutions.

Coach and influence leaders in contemporary leadership practices.

Collaborate with People, Learning & Culture teams on initiatives in Transformation, L&D, WHS, and Employee Relations.

Identify and address workforce capability gaps with proactive solutions.
