Your New Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers across the organisation, delivering both strategic and operational HR support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with leaders to drive workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
- Providing expert advice on ER/IR matters, performance management and change processes
- Leading HR projects aligned to culture, capability, engagement and wellbeing
- Supporting people leaders with coaching, development and decision‑making
- Overseeing complex case management and supporting best‑practice HR governance
- Contributing to policy development, process enhancement and compliance activities
- Analysing people data and reporting insights to inform strategy
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience
- Strong capability across ER/IR, performance, change and leadership support
- Capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial and organisational awareness, with the ability to balance strategic and hands‑on work
- Experience within the NFP, community or health sector highly regarded, but not essential
