Overview
Our client, a leading manufacturing company located in South-East Brisbane, is a well-known supplier of high-quality consumer products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business, as a Human Resources Business Partner, with a long history and a strong focus on quality and sustainability.
As an experienced Human Resources Advisor with a sound understanding of employee relations, you will thrive on working within challenging environments and enjoy offering a consultative approach to your stakeholders, providing leadership, advice and guidance. Your strong consultative style coupled with your technical ability will allow you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact,
Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with the broader People team, your portfolio of responsibilities will include be not be limited to:
- Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations- provide appropriate advice and consultation to Business Units and Line Managers
- Provide HR advice, direction and consultation to the business
- Establish sound relationships and engage with key stakeholders within the business
- Provide facilitation and coaching to business units to develop team performance
- Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders to enhance their management skills.
- Manage a high volume of case management, including performance improvement plans (PIPs), work conduct issues, absenteeism, and training needs.
- Provide regular reporting and occasional assistance to HR teams in other states.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Experience in case management is essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse workforce.
