An immediately available HR Business Partner is required for a team-based, generalist opportunity.

Our client is seeking an individual who excels in their customer delivery and enjoys working in a team environment.
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide tactical support to our client's leadership team. This temporary role (3-6 months) is ideal for an HR professional who is generalist in their experience and enjoys face-to-face and remote interaction with their major stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing generalist advice to the leadership team

Interpret and apply HR policies and employment legislation to ensure consistent, compliant, and values-aligned decision-making.

Partner with the entire workforce in relation to HR queries

Support cultural and structural change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and employee engagement.

Provide coaching and development on employee relations matters, policy evolution, and leadership capability development.
To be successful in your application, you will possess a proven background as a generalist HR practitioner with strong emphasis on interpretation of policies and legislation, guidance on processes and procedures and comprehension of service level agreements. You will have prior experience within a large organisation, where process adherence is essential. You will have exemplary verbal and written communication skills, and be able to demonstrate your added value service.
