Leading consultancy require a HR Coordinator on a temporary basis to start ASAP
Your new company
We have partnered with a leading consulting firm located in Brisbane. Due to recent growth, they have an urgent need for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary contract basis.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR Manager this role will look after:

Managing end to end recruitment
-
Contract preparation and changes to contracts
-
Onboarding and off-boarding of new employees
-
Maintaining company and employee records
-
Supporting leaders in the business with performance reviews and HR initiatives
-
Acting as the first point of contact for all HR and ER matters

Administrative HR support
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, ideally, you will possess the following:
-
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
-
Recent experience in a HR coordination or officer position
-
A strong understanding of HR practices, legislation and employment law
-
Previous experience using a HRIS system, Share point and MS Office
-
Be a self-starter who has a high attention to detail
-
Be able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders
