We are seeking a confident and experienced HR professional to manage sponsorship visas and ensure compliance with sponsorship regulations. This role is to cover sponsorship duties and will involve working closely with immigration lawyers and handling the sponsorship register.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process sponsorship visas, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Prepare and submit new visa applications.

Maintain the sponsorship register and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Collaborate with immigration lawyers to resolve any visa-related issues.

Work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, with a strong focus on sponsorship visas.

Proven ability to work independently and handle demanding situations.

Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with managers and immigration lawyers.

Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team on designated days.
