Your new role
You will drive day-to-day HR operations, support key processes, and act as a reliable point of contact for employees and stakeholders.
As a pivotal member of their team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Key responsibilities

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including check-ins and exit interviews

Act as first point of contact for employee queries

Track and manage requisitions, contract renewals, and workforce data
-
Support performance cycles, including reviews and talent assessments
-
Maintain HR data, reports, and organisational charts
-
Draft and manage job descriptions and HR communication templates
-
Coordinate meetings, people reviews, and supervisor check-ins
-
Ensure compliance and accuracy across HR processes
What you will need to succeed
-
3+ years' experience in HR
-
Strong organisation and attention to detail
-
Clear, confident communication skills
-
Comfortable managing data and multiple priorities
-
Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office

Able to handle sensitive information with discretion

Collaborative and proactive approach
