Hays is partnering with a well-established educational institution to find an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support them for a 6-Month Contract.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive generalist HR support, such as maintaining staff qualifications, managing the onboarding process, drafting and varying contracts, responding to HR inbox queries, and handling a range of operational day-to-day tasks, including arranging interviews, recruitment, and induction.
You will also play a pivotal role in assessing and improving current systems, identifying and implementing system improvements and changes to optimise HR functions. Additionally, you will actively support ongoing EA negotiations, contributing your expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) check and a current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain one).
The ideal candidate will bring proven, senior-level generalist experience to the position, demonstrating the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within the organisation.
