Your new role
As a Human Resources Officer, you'll be a key member of a dynamic HR team, delivering high-quality operational HR services and proactive customer support. You'll interpret and apply HR policies, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with HR Consultants and play a vital role across the employee lifecycle.
Depending on your experience, you may be appointed at either Level 5 or Level 6:

Level 5: You'll bring 1-2 years of HR experience and a sound understanding of contemporary HR practices. You'll be confident preparing HR documentation, managing workflows in a fast-paced environment, and communicating effectively across all levels.

Level 6: In addition to the above, you'll have at least 3 years' experience and be capable of providing expert advice on complex HR matters. You'll mentor junior staff and use HR data to support strategic recommendations.
What you'll need to succeed

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field

Strong knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and procedures

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office suite

For Level 6: Proven ability to provide authoritative HR advice and data-driven insights
