Your new role

As a Human Resources Officer, you'll be a key member of a dynamic HR team, delivering high-quality operational HR services and proactive customer support. You'll interpret and apply HR policies, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with HR Consultants and play a vital role across the employee lifecycle.
Depending on your experience, you may be appointed at either Level 5 or Level 6:
  • Level 5: You'll bring 1-2 years of HR experience and a sound understanding of contemporary HR practices. You'll be confident preparing HR documentation, managing workflows in a fast-paced environment, and communicating effectively across all levels.
  • Level 6: In addition to the above, you'll have at least 3 years' experience and be capable of providing expert advice on complex HR matters. You'll mentor junior staff and use HR data to support strategic recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • For Level 6: Proven ability to provide authoritative HR advice and data-driven insights
