Industrial Relations Specialist required for 9 month contract based South of the River
Are you an industrial relations specialist with experience of providing executive level advice and recommendations?
Our client is seeking a qualified industrial relations specialist who will work in a project capacity supporting the business with coaching and development, provision of leader briefings and upskilling on the closing the loopholes bill, including psychosocial hazards and the implications, respect at work, and other industrial relations reforms which will be introduced shortly.
This contract would suit a prior employment lawyer with internal industrial relations experience or an industrial relations specialist who has worked at a strategic level within an organisation with multiple subsidiaries and complex industrial tools.
This position will be based at one of two of their sites to suit, offers hybrid working and the duration of the contract is until the end of January 2025.
