Instructional Designer and Trainer for major public sector digital and safety projects.
Your new company
You will join a large public sector organisation delivering major digital, safety, and asset management programs. The work supports a broad workforce and contributes to safer, more efficient operations across Queensland.
Your new role
You will design and deliver learning for two major system projects. You will produce job aids, guides, videos, eLearning modules, and facilitator materials. You will run training sessions for operational and corporate staff across face‑to‑face and virtual environments.
Key outcomes include:
- Clear and practical learning content for new systems and processes
- Training programs aligned with change and readiness activity
- Consistent capability uplift across a diverse user base
- Strong collaboration with project teams and subject matter experts
What you'll need to succeed - Strong experience developing learning materials for adult learners
- Skill in turning complex system and safety information into user‑friendly training
- Experience delivering training to varied audiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Articulate Storyline or similar tools
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training
- Public sector experience is welcome but not required
