The Company
An established NFP organisation is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to step into a hands on role supporting the learning function during a period of transition. This is a great opportunity for an L&D professional who enjoys being operational, system focused and closely connected to the business.
Your new role
Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in managing day to day learning operations and ensuring continuity of training delivery across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and administering the LMS (Lipmos), including onboarding new starters, processing terminations and system updates
- Monitoring the learning inbox and responding to training queries
- Producing monthly compliance and learning reports
- Supporting improvements to current learning processes, including working with manual spreadsheets and assisting with system reviews
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and external consultants as the organisation reviews its long term L&D framework
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development, HR or Training Advisor role
- Strong LMS administration experience (Lipmos experience beneficial, but not essential)
- Confident working in a fast paced, compliance driven environment
- High attention to detail with strong reporting and coordination skills
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with broader P&C teams
