Your new company
Hays has partnered with a business on the Gold Coast that operates in the Public Transport industry.
Your new role
The L&D Business Partner builds trusted relationships with stakeholders to design and deliver training for internal staff and external partners. They manage the organisation's competency framework to ensure all roles are performed safely and effectively.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Training Program Management

Design, deliver, and evaluate training aligned with ASQA and business goals.

Develop e-learning, manage onboarding, and coordinate internal/external training.
Competency Frameworks

Maintain systems and data integrity.

Track qualifications, licences, and support individual development plans.
Compliance and Reporting
-
Ensure training meets legal and industry standards.

Manage audits, reporting, and certification records.
Continuous Improvement
-
Update materials and processes based on feedback and legislation.

Monitor training effectiveness and budget.
Stakeholder Engagement
-
Partner with managers, SMEs, and external providers.

Advise on training needs and represent the company in forums.
