Learning Design Specialist 6-month contract

Your new role
Are you a systems-minded educator with a passion for digital learning ? Our client is looking for a Learning Design Specialist to join the Global HR Learning Team on a 6-month contract, supporting key projects and helping shape engaging, branded learning experiences across their platforms.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a collaborative team (10 in the immediate group, 40 in the broader network) and contribute to global learning initiatives. You'll be instrumental in designing, maintaining and updating courses in Instructure Canvas, with potential involvement in LinkedIn Learning campaigns and content curation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain online learning courses using Instructure Canvas
- Update course branding and ensure consistency across platforms
- Support global deployment or learning projects
- Assist with LinkedIn learning pathways, campaigns and communications
- Collaborate with team members across Mackay and Brisbane
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with Instructure Canvas (essential)
- Background in teaching, instructional design or training.
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
