Immediate Start | Articulate Rise | e-learning Development

We are seeking an experienced Learning Design Specialist with strong e-learning development capability to design and deliver engaging, high-quality digital learning solutions within a complex operational environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly proficient in Articulate Rise, passionate about contemporary learning design and confident taking end-to-end ownership of their work. You will manage multiple learning projects from concept through to deployment, working autonomously and delivering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager, you will work closely with major stakeholders, subject-matter experts and operational stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
  • Design and develop engaging e-learning solutions using Articulate Rise.
  • Create digital learning, microlearning, assessments and supporting learning resources.
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging and practical learning experiences.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Manage multiple learning projects from needs analysis through development, testing and deployment.
  • Facilitate consultation with SMEs and stakeholders to gather and validate content.
  • Coordinate reviews, User Acceptance Testing, pilots and feedback.
  • Upload, test and maintain learning content within LMS platforms.
  • Ensure learning products meet required quality, compliance and organisational standards.
You will be an experienced Learning Designer with strong hands-on e-learning development experience, including proficiency in Articulate Rise. You will be confident transforming complex or technical content into engaging, practical and professionally presented digital learning.

Self-driven and highly organised, you will have the ability to own your work, manage competing projects and deliver to strict deadlines with minimal direction. Strong stakeholder engagement, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with SMEs will be essential.

Most importantly, you will bring integrity, accountability and genuine passion for your work, taking pride in producing high-quality learning solutions that deliver practical outcomes.
Prior experience from within mining and resources, or a related operational sector would be preferred.

This is a 6-9 month temporary contract and an immediate start is highly desirable.
